By accessing or using the Vidnex platform ("Service"), operated by Vidnex ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Vidnex is a cloud-based platform that provides AI-powered video content creation tools including, but not limited to, script generation, voice synthesis, voice cloning, niche research, monetization analysis, content library management, batch processing, and video clipping. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with both free and paid tiers.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
The free plan is provided as-is with limited features and usage quotas. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free plan at any time.
We offer a 5-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 5 days of a new subscription, contact support@vidnex.ai for a full refund. Refunds are not available after the 5-day window, for renewal charges, or for add-on credit pack purchases.

Content you create using the Service belongs to you, subject to any third-party rights (e.g., voice data of others). The Service itself, including its design, code, models, and branding, is the property of Vidnex and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
By using the voice cloning feature, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights and consents from the owner of any voice you clone. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws regarding voice reproduction and deepfake regulations.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidnex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Service. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
